Growing up surrounded by nature, Aline developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and simplicity of the natural world—an influence that continues to shape both her personal and professional life. As the founder of Daylight Wellness Therapy, she provides psychotherapy to Ontario residents, specializing in supporting those struggling with depression and anxiety disorders.
Hailing from a charming French Ontario community, Aline earned a master’s degree in Social Work and a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. With over 30 years of clinical experience in various settings, including specialty clinics, she is dedicated to meeting each patient where they are, guiding them toward self-discovery, healing, and meaningful change.
